UAM embedment compactors are simply indispensable when it comes to efficient sewer construction.
Embedments are one scenario in which perfect compaction results are crucial in order to prevent pipe damage after installation.
UAM HD150T, HD200TS, and HD200TL embedment compactors conform to the “small plate compactor attachment” category as a result of their plate width and centrifugal force (at medium frequencies) and are accordingly allowed AND recommended for use in embedments in conformity with the rules and standards published by the German Association for Water, Wastewater and Waste.
NEW: Now also available in the “compact class” for carriers with a weight class of 5 to 12 metric tons!

By eliminating the need to have personnel working in trenches, embedment compactors are the perfect tool for carrying out all compaction work required for pipelines and inspection chambers quickly and safely even at great depths.
Both safety considerations and regulatory requirements concerning the use of respirators when operating gas compactors in shored trenches make our embedment compactors a logical choice.
For excavators with a lift capacity of 5 to 12 metric tons

- A widening plate with a width of 40 cm is available as an option.
With our new HD150T, a true embedment compactor for carriers with a weight class starting at 5 metric tons and pipes with a size of up to DN 1200 is available for the first time ever on the market.
A narrow plate width of just 25 cm ensures efficient compaction even in tightly shored trenches.
An eccentric worm drive slewing ring makes it possible to take care of all work required for pipelines and inspection chambers, with the HD150T largely supplanting manual tampers and hand-operated vibratory plate compactors!
The HD150T conforms to the technical specifications for the “small plate compactor attachment” category as a result of its plate width and centrifugal force (at medium frequencies) and is accordingly allowed AND recommended for use in embedments in conformity with the DWA-A 139 standard.
Also ideal for compaction work for tracklaying. Widening and extension plates are available upon request for this purpose.
